This includes chartering Airships for long-range remote expeditions and bringing eVTOLs into the luxury travel and yachting sectors. We believe these new revolutionary forms of aviation will usher in a new era of luxury air travel. 

We are seeking an ambitious Aviation Charter Broker to help us expand our market presence, build lasting relationships with clients and operators, and deliver top-tier charter services.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly scaling organisation. You will work closely with the CEO and the Director of Business Development, developing sales strategies, and gaining hands-on experiences in the private aviation field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of 3+ years as an aviation charter broker

  • Understanding of charter operations, aircrafts and regulatory aspects

  • Demonstrated history of generating revenue and meeting or exceeding targets

  • Outstanding negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Established network of contacts in the private aviation sector is essential

  • Impeccably organised and accurate in execution

  • Analytical mindset and digital proficiency

  • Experience of fast-paced environments that require laser-focused prioritisation

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and negotiate with aircraft operators to secure the best price, availability and quality of service

  • Coordinate and prepare detailed proposals, quotes, contracts and compliance

  • Manage all financial aspects and contractual obligations with both client and supplier

  • Monitor active charters to ensure seamless execution

  • Collaborate with the wider team to refine sales and internal operational processes

  • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and strategical outreach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel advisors

  • Provide personalised solutions and exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Manage the CRM date and Clients records
