1. Initial Meeting


It all starts with a phone call.

We’ll discuss your client’s brief in detail, understanding their needs, aspirations, and unique priorities. This collaborative discussion ensures alignment from the very start so that you can offer them the best from the outset.

2. Research

Our expert team will lead a discovery phase, sourcing premium options aligned with your client’s profile. Drawing on our global network, we uncover exclusive opportunities. As your partner, you’ll receive tailored concepts ready for presentation.

3. Proposal

We present you with curated itineraries, each showcasing varying degrees of luxury, action, adventure and exclusivity. You can share these options with your clients and guide them through each choice. We then refine and focus on the itinerary that speaks directly to their vision.

4. Fine-tuning

Once an itinerary is selected, our team conducts rigorous refinements, covering every logistical detail, conducting thorough risk assessments, and, if needed, executing a recce visit. We ensure each element is flawlessly curated and ready for client delivery.

5. Pre-departure

When the itinerary is finalised, we continue working closely with you to monitor all operational aspects. You receive a comprehensive toolkit, complete with client-friendly travel packs featuring daily schedules, host and guide profiles, cultural insights, packing tips, documentation advice, immunisation guidance, and essential contacts. Everything your client needs, packaged and ready to go.

6. The Experience

Throughout the journey, Pelorus remains on hand 24/7 to support both you and your client. We proactively manage logistics, troubleshoot, and ensure each moment delivers the exceptional experience Pelorus is renowned for.
